Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution and sales growth across the assigned territory in the United States. You will lead a team of Merchandisers, coordinate DSD efforts, and partner with store personnel to optimize shelf presence and planograms.

The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including weekends. A company vehicle with gas card is provided, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business process knowledge.
• Must be able to drive and lift up to 25 lbs., with occasional heavier lifting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program offered.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and develop a team of Merchandiser staff (FT/PT).
• Ensure in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and customer needs.
• Build relationships with store personnel to drive top-tier service.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and order writers effectively.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
