Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery excellence and energize our in-store presence across your territory. You will lead in-store execution, build strong customer relationships, and deploy data-driven sales plans to grow the business.

You will manage a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers, coordinate with store personnel, and design smart schedules to maximize shelf impact while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience in retail or field sales.
• Ability to manage a team of merchandisers.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead and coach Merchandiser team.
• Oversee in-store execution and planogram compliance.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel.
• Oversee product ordering and display execution.
• Design smart store schedules to maximize results.
