Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery, drive in-store execution, and energize retailer partnerships across a defined territory. The role targets 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety. Base salary, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.)
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check

Aufgaben

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts and executing customer plans
• Lead with Impact: Manage and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time)
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs
• Build Relationships: Develop partnerships with store personnel for opportunities
• Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results
• Stay Safe & Compliant: Operate within safety guidelines
