Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is shaping how construction projects manage workforce access, safety, and site operations across North America. We seek high‑performing Area Sales Managers to own and grow key territories nationwide with a base salary of $90K plus uncapped commission.

This field-based role requires strategic selling, executive relationship building, and full lifecycle management from prospecting to closing, with approximately 50% regional travel.

Competenze

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, BuildCentral).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Own and grow territory with a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
