Job summary

Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding nationwide and seeking high-performing Area Sales Managers to own key territories. This field-based, quota-carrying role focuses on building strategic relationships with general contractors and project teams across North America.

Develop and execute territory plans, generate opportunity pipelines, and close complex solutions while partnering with our Customer Excellence team to ensure long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling into the construction industry, commercial construction ecosystem, or related markets.
• Experience with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control, security solutions, or related platforms.
• Experience with equipment rental organizations (e.g., United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals).
• Experience presenting software solutions and communicating complex value propositions to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new opportunities and account expansions.
• Lead opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation and close; manage full sales cycle.
• Establish executive-level partnerships with general contractors and project leaders.
• Travel within assigned territory (~50%) to meet customers and conduct site visits.
