Job summary

Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, seeks a high-performing Area Sales Manager to own and grow a national territory across North America. You will develop strategic plans, drive new business, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while cultivating executive relationships.

The role offers a remote, field-based environment with approximately 50% travel. A base salary of $90K plus uncapped commission supports growth in a dynamic construction-focused market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales within a defined territory.
• Proven success developing new business and managing customer relationships.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, BuildCentral).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities across large commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and account expansion initiatives.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data.
