Job summary

Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding its North America field sales team and seeks Area Sales Managers to own and grow territories nationwide, with a focus on construction projects often exceeding $100M in value. Approximately 50% travel is expected.

You will develop strategic territory plans, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and build executive relationships to drive growth and long-term customer success in mid-market to large enterprise contracts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales in construction or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience selling into construction, SaaS, or workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities across large commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including proposals and negotiations.
• Build executive relationships with project teams and owners.
• Maintain forecasting, pipeline, and CRM data; travel ~50%.
