Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding across North America and seeks high-performing Area Sales Managers to own and grow key territories nationwide. This field-based, quota-carrying role combines strategic account management with consultative selling to drive revenue and long-term customer success.

Expect approximately 50% regional travel, a base salary of $90,000 plus uncapped commission, and a clear path to expanding major construction projects across data centers, manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales intelligence tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Develop new business, manage key stakeholders, and build executive relationships.
• Lead opportunities from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close; forecast and maintain CRM data.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and expand existing accounts with the Customer Excellence team.
