Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, BuildCentral).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; experience selling into construction.
• Experience with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control, security solutions.
• Experience with equipment rental organizations and similar providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across large commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business and account expansion.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Establish executive-level partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Represent Biosite at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
