Job summary

Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, seeks high-performing Area Sales Managers to own and grow key territories nationwide. This field-based, quota-carrying sales role involves developing and executing a regional growth strategy while managing the full customer lifecycle within your assigned territory.

Approximately 50% regional travel is expected as you generate new opportunities, deepen existing accounts, and partner with our Customer Excellence team to deliver long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control, security solutions, or related platforms.
• Experience with equipment rental organizations (e.g., United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals).
• Experience presenting software solutions to executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify, pursue, and qualify opportunities across large commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business and account expansion.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close across mid-market to large enterprise contracts.
• Forecast accurately and maintain CRM data (Salesforce) and leverage sales intelligence tools.
