Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience within a defined territory.
• Experience selling to construction or related industries is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across large commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business and account expansion.
• Generate leads via prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and market intel.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data (Salesforce) for pipeline visibility.
