Competenze

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience selling into the construction industry, commercial construction ecosystem, or adjacent markets.
• Experience with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control or security platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools.

Mansioni

• Own and grow key territories nationwide with a field-based, quota-carrying role.
• Develop executive-level relationships and close complex solutions.
• Expand existing accounts and drive long-term customer success with the Customer Excellence team.
• Generate new opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and manage full lifecycle sales.
• Travel approximately 50% to meet customers and opportunities.
