Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a strong Territory Manager to cover the Tennessee and Georgia region, promoting premier brands to wholesale distributors, builders and showrooms. You will own a large geography, build credibility, trust, and enduring relationships to grow market share.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will expand existing accounts and close new business in both single family and multifamily segments, with travel 35-45% and a home-office setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in construction recommended.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Proven experience calling on wholesale distributors, builders, showrooms, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Manage established direct customer accounts and grow market share.
• Grow through wholesalers and convert customers from competitors.
• Develop territory strategy focusing on large opportunities.
• Develop and execute market-specific strategies for key accounts.
• Deliver consultative proposals aligning product features with client needs.
