Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Territory Manager to cover our Tennessee and Georgia wholesale channels, promoting premier brands and managing accounts while working from a home office.

You will travel 35-45% in a remote role, build strong relationships, deliver compelling proposals, and expand market share across the territory. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction sales and a business degree, with experience in Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in the construction industry.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
• Proven experience calling on wholesale distributors, builders, showrooms, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of premier brands focusing on wholesale channel including distributors, builders, developers, and showrooms throughout this territory.
• Retain and grow established accounts and develop and close new businesses.
• Initially, focus on existing customers to build credibility and relationships, then pursue new business in single family and multifamily spaces.
• Grow market share through wholesalers by using upgrade strategies and converting competitors' customers.
• Develop a territory strategy focused on large opportunities to gain share while maintaining existing business.
• Develop and execute market-specific strategies to expand product offerings within key accounts.
• Deliver customer-focused proposals aligning product features with client requirements; give strong presentations.
