Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Tennessee and Georgia, working remotely from a home office. You will drive sales to builders, developers, distributors, showrooms, and architects, retain and grow existing accounts, and develop new business in both single family and multifamily markets.

You will spend 4 days a week in the field, travel 35–45%, and work with Salesforce, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to present proposals and manage accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in the construction industry.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
• Proven experience calling on wholesale distributors, builders, showrooms, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of premier brands in the wholesale channel across the Tennessee/Georgia territory.
• Retain and grow established accounts and develop new business between single family and multifamily segments.
• Build credibility, trust and relationships with customers; pursue new accounts as relationships mature.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy to gain share and expand offerings with key accounts.
• Deliver customer-focused presentations and proposals that align product features with client needs.
