Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Tennessee and Georgia, calling on builders, developers, distributors, and showrooms. You will own a large territory, build credibility with accounts, and grow market share through a consultative sales approach.

You will manage established customers while pursuing new opportunities in single family and multifamily markets, traveling 4–5 days a week and working from a home office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in the construction industry.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business
• Proven experience calling on wholesale distributors, builders, showrooms, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of premier brands focusing on wholesale channel including distributors, builders, developers, and showrooms.
• Retain and grow established accounts and develop new business; shift focus to new accounts by year two.
• Develop territory strategy to target largest opportunities and expand depth of offerings.
• Use consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored proposals.
• Deliver strong presentations that inspire action and commitment.
