The role requires 4+ years in construction equipment sales, experience with dealer networks, and a proven ability to manage a large profitable territory. Travel up to 75% within the territory, with training and dealer visits as core duties.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Construction or off-road equipment industry with sales and marketing experience.
• Experience working with large dealer networks.
• Demonstrated field experience, managing a large profitable territory.
• Ability to apply business concepts and tools to strategic initiatives with a dealer organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive sales growth.
• Act as lead within the assigned territory to implement strategic initiatives with products and solutions.
• Drive effective use of incentives and programs to accomplish sales targets.
• Arrange and execute product, application, and sales process training with dealers.
• Act as compact construction product information expert and training resource.
