Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Phoenix, AZ, focusing on compact construction equipment. This remote-friendly role reports to the Marketing and Sales function and requires strong sales, dealer-network experience, and field execution across a large territory.

You will drive sales of compact construction equipment and attachments, coordinate with dealers and regional teams, and participate in training events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/marketing in construction, ag, or off-road equipment
• Experience working with large dealer networks
• Ability to lead territory strategies and drive sales growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive growth.
• Lead within the assigned territory to implement strategic initiatives.
• Drive incentives and programs to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate product, application, and sales process training with dealers.
• Act as product information expert for compact construction equipment.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory, including weekends.
