Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Compact Construction Equipment in the Denver area. You will lead sales with dealers, drive growth for compact equipment and attachments, and coordinate with the territory team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in the equipment industry or related field.
• Experience working with large dealer networks and field sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large profitable territory and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive sales growth.
• Act as lead within the assigned territory to implement strategic initiatives with products and solutions.
• Drive effective use of incentives and programs to accomplish sales targets.
• Arrange and execute product, application, and sales process training with dealers.
• Act as compact construction product information expert and training resource
• Travel up to 75% within the territory to visit dealers and customers, including weekends.
