Responsibilities

Lead a team of outside account reps to promote and sell products within a defined geography.
Analyze sales pipeline and manage opportunities to reach goals.
Develop annual business plan to drive quota and market share growth.
Create holistic territory plan and manage net new sales from prospecting to close.
Own prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development and closes.
Ensure high level of customer service with onsite technical assistance.
Hire, coach, and evaluate performance of employees.
Review financials with Operations Manager to meet profit goals.
Be on-call nights or weekends as needed.
