Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Branch Manager in Gary, IN to lead a team of outside account representatives and drive regional sales growth. You will develop territory plans, analyze pipelines, and ensure superior customer service while coaching direct reports to achieve quota.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage profit goals, and coordinate with operations to optimize branch performance within a defined geography.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading outside sales or inside sales teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell products and services within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains opportunities to ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan supporting quota and market share growth.
• Creates a holistic territory plan and manages the net-new sales process from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development, territory development, and closes deals within geography.
• Ensures high-level customer service, onsite technical assistance, and resolves product delivery issues.
• Develops consultative relationships with key buying influences across accounts.
• Identifies and assigns new business to appropriate account representatives.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and evaluating direct reports.
• Reviews financials monthly with Operations Manager to meet profit goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
