Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the Southern region of Arizona to drive new business, manage relationships, and ensure customer success for Halter’s virtual fencing tech. Expect field work across ranches, frequent travel, and collaboration with product, support, and onboarding teams.

You’ll own the territory, build relationships with local agricultural groups, and help customers realize value from Halter’s solutions while contributing to the US sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and building lasting customer relationships.
• Territory management experience in agriculture or technology.
• Willingness to travel within your territory.
• Ranching or cattle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound leads.
• In-field sales activities, meeting customers and demonstrating Halter’s value in the pasture.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell within current accounts.
• Hit sales targets and manage today’s deals with a long-term perspective.
• Own the customer onboarding and ensure smooth handoff to deployment teams.
• Collaborate with Support and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and deepen relationships.
• Contribute to US sales strategy and optimize the sales process.
