Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across the West region, including North Dakota. You will travel to ranches, farms, and industry events, building relationships and representing Halter on the ground.

A proactive, hands-on approach is essential to meet ambitious growth goals while delivering value to customers. You will collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to ensure seamless deployment and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in agriculture/tech with a hunter mindset.
• Understanding of ranching/cattle operations and livestock industry insights.
• Ability to manage a large territory with a focus on long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth in the West region covering North Dakota.
• Build relationships with local cattle associations and farms at events.
• Execute sales strategies, reach growth targets, and ensure customer success.
