Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sales Representative – Surgical Technologies (ST) to drive territory growth by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products to physicians and healthcare providers. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures in clinical settings, and build strong, trusted relationships with surgical teams and purchasing groups.

You will travel within your assigned territory, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to execute growth strategies,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years outside sales quota attainment in medical device/healthcare environments, or similar high-performance setting.
Alternative: degree with customer-facing leadership or high-performance background with interest in sales.
At least 5 years in outside/B2B/territory-based selling with track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet/exceed sales objectives.
Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical settings.
Support procedures with on-site product expertise and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procurement teams.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within territory.
Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value.
Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
