Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies (ST) to promote and sell the portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and providers across the territory. You will lead product evaluations and support procedures in operating room and office settings, demonstrating clinical and economic value.

As territory owner, you will grow existing business, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and purchasing teams while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare or consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s degree with leadership, military, professional athletics, or high-performance background plus interest in sales.
• Minimum 5 years of outside B2B or territory-based selling with a track record of meeting goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical environments.
• Provide on-site support during procedures and troubleshoot.
• Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare admins, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features and economic value through in-services and training.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
