Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell our portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers across the defined territory. You will lead product evaluations and support procedures in operating rooms and offices, demonstrating clinical and economic value.

As the owner of your territory, you will grow existing business, identify new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while supporting procedures and education programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and outside sales experience or equivalent leadership/high-performance background.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers.
• Lead product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support procedures on-site with product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on features, applications, and economic value; conduct in-services and training.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
