The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for Portland North ME. The role focuses on flawless execution of store-level sales, promotions, and merchandising across a high-volume retail territory.

You will drive incremental sales, partner with key decision makers, and ensure distribution of Hershey items in all classes of trade. Ideal candidates are driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of influencing store teams and retailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate degree or 3 years of sales experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales.
• Analyze store/product data to drive business decisions.
• Plan routes and maximize field efficiency for sales calls.
• Support merchandising and promotional plans at store level.
