Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless in-store execution and promotional plans for high-volume retailers in East Mesa AZ. The role requires building consultative partnerships with Key Decision Makers and translating data into action to maximize incremental sales and 100% distribution of Hershey products across channels.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• 2-year Associate degree or 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and be able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales with KDMs.
• Leverage relationships to influence merchandising and promotional opportunities.
• Analyze store/product/market data to guide decisions and maximize sales.
• Execute merchandising plans with store-level partnerships and fixtures.
• Complete daily/weekly activity and expense reports.
