Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead located in Portland, ME. This role drives flawless execution of store-level sales plans with high-volume retailers, ensuring distribution and effective merchandising across the territory.

The TSL must be entrepreneurial, driven and planful to fuel incremental sales. Responsibilities include consultative partnering with KDMs, data-driven decision making, and delivering action plans to increase sales and optimize promotions.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Business Partnering with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales with retailers; cultivate influential contacts for growth.
• Leverage relationships with KDMs to influence merchandising and promotions of Hershey products.
• Obtain and analyze store, product, and market data; use insights to guide decisions.
