Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for Minneapolis South. You will ensure flawless execution of store-level sales and promotional plans with retailers, driving incremental sales and maintaining distribution across Hershey items in the territory.

You will build consultative partnerships, analyze store and market data, and plan routes to maximize efficiency. The role requires strong collaboration, a driven mindset, and the ability to influence KDMs to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license.
• Reside within territory boundaries.
• Able to drive to multiple sales calls daily.
• Able to lift 10–60 lbs on a regular basis.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and manual dexterity.
• Must have daily access to wireless internet.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Business Partnering with customer retailers.
• Customer Relationship Development and Management with KDMs at all levels.
• Data analysis of store, product and market data to build the business.
• Complete pre-call planning methods and utilize company tools.
• Review and modify routes to maximize efficiency for sales calls.
• Engage in forward selling using data sources and processes.
• Maximize sales and merchandising opportunities and drive incremental sales.
