Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Stamford District to drive flawless store-level execution and promotion plans with major retailers in a high-volume territory. The role focuses on driving incremental sales, executing merchandising strategies, and ensuring 100% distribution of Hershey items across classes of trade.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma is required.
• Associate/Community College degree OR 3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with key decision makers (KDMs).
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales.
• Leverage relationships to influence merchandising support and promotions.
