Job summary

The Hershey Company is hiring a Territory Sales Lead in the East Mesa, AZ area to drive flawless store-level execution of sales and promotion plans with retailers. You will master retail plans, drive incremental sales, and ensure distribution of Hershey items across all channels of trade.

The role requires strong relationship building with KDMs, data analysis, and the ability to tailor merchandising strategies to maximize in-store impact.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver's license.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within territory boundaries.
• Must be able to drive to make multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to lift 10-60 lbs.
• Occasionally climb ladders and use tablet and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
• Partner with KDMs to develop action plans to increase sales.
• Influence and negotiate merchandising support with retailers.
• Obtain and analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions.
• Plan routes and adjust schedules to maximize sales in territory.
• Lead merchandising and promotional displays on the sales floor.
