Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead in Hickory, NC to drive flawless store-level execution of promotions and sales plans. You will master retail strategies, build strong KDM relationships, and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items across channels.

Ideal candidates are driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of planning ahead with data-driven insights to optimize routes, merchandising, and store performance within a busy territory.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma.
• Associate degree or 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with customer KDMs.
• Develop and execute action plans with retailers to increase sales.
• Analyze store, product and market data to inform decisions.
• Review routes and modify plans to maximize sales efficiency.
• Engage in forward selling and maximize in-store merchandising opportunities.
• Complete and submit daily/weekly activity and expense reports.
• Maintain merchandising displays and secure quality product placement.
