Formación

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs).
• Develop and execute action plans to increase sales with KDMs.
• Leverage relationships with KDMs to influence merchandising of Hershey products.
• Obtain and analyze store, product, and market data to drive strategy.
• Review routes and modify for sales efficiency.
• Maximize sales and display opportunities through store walk-throughs.
• Tailor strategies to influence KDMs to increase orders.
• Complete and submit daily/weekly activity and promotions reports.
