Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for Clarksville TN to ensure flawless execution of store level sales and promotion plans with retailers in the assigned territory.

The role requires driving incremental sales, implementing top merchandising strategies, and ensuring 100% distribution. A bachelor's degree is preferred with a base salary around $54,000 and additional incentives; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required as base education.
• 2-year degree OR 3 years sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Willingness to commute within territory boundaries.
• Ability to drive to multiple sales calls daily.
• Able to lift 10–60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and tablet tech.
• Daily access to wireless internet.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales.
• Leverage relationships to influence merchandising support for Hershey products.
• Analyze store, product and market data to guide decisions.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and expense reports using company tools.
