Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for Hickory, NC. You will drive flawless store-level sales and promotions across high-volume grocers and mass merchandisers, ensuring 100% distribution of Hershey items in your territory.

You will partner with Key Decision Makers, leverage data, and implement strategic merchandising plans to maximize incremental sales while building strong relationships with customers. This role requires travel within the territory and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver's license.
• Residence within territory or willingness to commute in territory boundaries.
• Able to drive to multiple sales calls daily and lift 10–60 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales and influence merchandising.
• Analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions and optimize routes and sales opportunities.
