Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a who will serve as a Territory Sales Lead in Sherman, TX. The role drives flawless execution of store-level sales plans and merchandising strategies with major retailers in a defined territory.

The candidate will manage KDM relationships, analyze data, plan routes, and maximize promotional opportunities to grow Hershey’s footprint. The position requires travel within the territory, strong communication, and the ability to work independently to meet sales

Qualifications

• Requires GED or HS Diploma; 2-year Associate degree or 3 years of sales experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have valid US driver’s license and be able to drive for multiple sales calls daily.
• Ability to reside and commute within territory boundaries and to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at various levels.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales and promotions.
• Analyze store, product and market data to guide sales strategies and decisions.
• Conduct store walkthroughs to maximize displays and merchandising opportunities.
• Complete daily/weekly activity reports and maintain admin tasks for the territory.
