Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Representative for the Washington, DC area to lead clinician engagement and promote iFuse solutions. You will drive territory growth by training surgeons, coordinating surgical cases, and building referral networks.

You will work with regional leadership to achieve quarterly goals, manage travel, and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and physicians while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales leadership within medical devices or pharma.
• Experience in orthopedics or pain management preferred.
• Strong relationships with local physician groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory DC and meet sales quotas.
• Identify, target, and train surgeons for iFuse cases.
• Market to clinician groups to raise awareness of SI joint treatments.
• Provide technical assistance and cover cases in the operating room as needed.
• Report progress to Territory Manager and Sales Management.
