Job summary

SI-BONE, Inc is hiring a Territory Representative for the Cleveland area to drive sales of SI joint solutions. You will manage the territory, train surgeons, and work with clinicians to expand patient access to iFuse treatments.

The role requires establishing strong surgeon relationships, hitting quotas, and providing on-site support in operating rooms as needed, with performance-based compensation and stock options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• Experience in medical device sales to medical specialty practices.
• Ability to train surgeons and educate clinicians on SI joint treatment.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated territory and report to Regional Sales Director.
• Identify, target, and train surgeons for iFuse cases.
• Market to clinician groups to raise awareness of SI joint treatment.
• Meet sales quotas as directed by Territory Manager and Sales Management.
• Provide in-room technical assistance and regional case coverage.
• Maintain ethical conduct and compliance with company policies.
