Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Representative for the Cleveland area to lead sales efforts within the territory. You will identify and train surgeons for iFuse procedures, market to clinician groups, and work with management to meet sales goals.

The role requires building strong relationships with local physician groups and providing technical support in OR settings as needed, with emphasis on integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in sales in a high-growth medical device/pharma environment.
• Experience with orthopedics or pain management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with surgeon customers and hospital staff.
• Meet or exceed territory quotas in collaboration with Sales Management.
• Manage travel and expenses per policy and budget.
• Identify and develop referral channels to maximize patient flow to trained iFuse surgeons.
• Provide in-operating-room technical support as needed within the region.
