Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Representative for the SF/East Bay region to lead sales initiatives, train surgeons for iFuse procedures, and market SI joint treatment options to clinicians. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and focuses on achieving regional quotas in a fast-growing medical device environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Marketing, Finance, or Business and 3+ years in medical device sales with strong clinician relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in sales leadership within medical devices or related field.
• Strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Regional Sales Director and manages the SF Bay Area territory.
• Lead and perform to achieve company goals and quotas.
• Identify, target, and train surgeons to perform iFuse procedures.
• Market to clinician groups to raise awareness of SI joint treatment options.
• Meet sales quotas and provide in-operating room support when needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or equivalent discipline
