Job summary

SI-BONE, Inc. seeks a Territory Representative for the DC region to manage the territory, build surgeon relationships, and drive sales of iFuse implants through education and targeted marketing.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director, train clinicians, support OR cases, and ensure quotas are met. A background in medical device sales with orthopedic/pain exposure is preferred; a bachelor’s in marketing/finance/business is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership role within medical devices.
• Experience in orthopedics or pain management is desired.
• Strong relationships with local physician groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage specified territory and meet sales quotas as directed by leadership.
• Identify, target, and train surgeons for iFuse cases.
• Market to clinician groups to raise awareness and referrals.
• Provide technical support and cover cases in the operating room as needed.
• Report progress to Territory Manager and Sales Management.
