Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery across a multi-city territory, delivering strong in-store execution and top-tier service. You will energize the territory by building relationships with store personnel, optimizing displays, and driving growth through HQ programs.

You will manage Merchandisers, plan data-driven growth, and ensure safety and compliance while collaborating with retail teams to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive locally.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers through coaching and development.
• Drive flawless in-store execution of priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultations and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven growth strategies based on store demographics.
