Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States invites you to join as a Retail Territory Manager. You lead Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution and energize your territory by building strong relationships with store personnel, optimizing displays, and driving consistent in-store execution to boost snack sales.

You will manage a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, hit monthly targets, and collaborate with retail teams to implement data-driven strategies tailored to local demographics.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes.
• Physical activities: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs (occasional over 50 lbs).
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check required; Mondelez offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International's safety and operational guidelines.
