Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution across a multi-store territory in the United States. You will lead in-store sales, optimize displays, and partner with store teams to maximize brand presence and sales.

The role blends strategy, coaching, and hands-on retail execution. You will manage a team of Merchandisers, build relationships with store personnel, and tailor data-driven sales plans to local demographics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience in a consumer goods / retail environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales targets monthly and quarterly across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers and Order Writers; coach and develop performance.
• Ensure flawless rollout of priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan growth using data-driven strategies for territory expansion.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to deliver service.
• Optimize resources and oversee display execution and unsaleables.
