Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store success across your assigned territory. You’ll drive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution, optimize displays, and energize the route with strategic thinking and strong people skills.

You’ll manage a team of merchandisers, coach performance, and partner with store personnel to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets. Expect hands-on field work, data-driven planning, and close collaboration with HQ programs to maximize

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and drive.
• Physically capable of duties (lift up to 50 lbs) and pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of merchandisers (FT/PT).
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics and needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize merchandiser deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering and display execution in collaboration with FTOWs.
