Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery and in-store execution across a defined territory. You will energize stores, optimize displays, and drive sales growth through strong relationships and data-driven plans.

The role requires 3–5 years in selling, a valid driver’s license, weekends/holidays flexibility, and the ability to coach Merchandisers while delivering results. A company vehicle is provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license from residence state.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across accounts.
• Lead with Impact: hire and coach a team of Merchandisers; drive performance.
• Drive Execution Excellence: ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Consult & Sell: provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build Relationships: cultivate partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Optimize Resources: deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Champion Store Success: oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Own the Cadence: design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and results.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: operate within safety and operational guidelines.
