The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Newark/Wilmington DE area. You will drive flawless store-level execution of sales plans and promotions with high-volume retailers, building strong KDM partnerships to increase incremental sales and ensure distribution of Hershey items.

Responsibilities include data analysis, planning routes, merchandising, and timely reporting. Candidates should be prepared for travel within the territory and a base salary around $54k with incentives.

Competenze

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Consultative Business Partnering with retailers.
• Customer Relationship Development and Management with KDMs.
• Analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions.
• Maximize sales and merchandising opportunities at the store level.
• Complete daily/weekly activity reports and administrative tasks.
