The Hershey Company in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to drive flawless store-level sales and promotions across high-volume grocers and mass merchandisers. You will master retail execution plans, build influential relationships with KDMs, and push engaging merchandising strategies to achieve 100% distribution.

The role requires a sales-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong planning and communication skills.

Competenze

• GED or HS Diploma.
• 2-year Associate/Community College degree required OR 3 years of previous sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Consultative Business Partnering with customer KDMs at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales.
• Leverage relationships with KDMs to influence merchandising of Hershey products.
• Analyze store, product and market data to guide business decisions.
• Review routes and optimize sales calls within territory for efficiency.
• Execute promotional plans and maintain product displays on sales floor.
• Complete daily/weekly activity and expense reports using company tools and technology.
