Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Area Manager for Decking, Waterproofing & Flooring to drive growth in the Illinois region. The role offers independence to expand fluid-applied coating sales within the commercial decking and flooring market, building relationships with contractors, dealers and owners.

You will develop territory plans, meet sales targets, and travel frequently to engage customers and deliver on-site trainings while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field; or 5+ years in decking, waterproofing & flooring sales.
• Strong track record in building business and increasing sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to present information professionally to diverse customers.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and related tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco decking, waterproofing & flooring to architects, engineers, owners, distributors and contractors.
• Manage the sales process, build relationships, respond to and anticipate customer needs, and close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads; document all leads and follow ups.
• Develop and execute territory business and marketing plans; meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
• Travel frequently and represent the company professionally; conduct on-site trainings.
• Support local and regional trade shows and manage territory budget.
